In de haven van Harwich, aan de Engelse oostkust, ondersteunde Abeko bij een baggerproject ter verbetering van de diepgang en toegankelijkheid van het vaarwater. Voor deze werkzaamheden werd Abeko Server 2 ingezet – onze wendbare backhoe dredger met een 170-tons graafmachine en geavanceerde positionering.
Server 2 werd over zee naar locatie gesleept, waarbij het transport zorgvuldig is uitgevoerd onder begeleiding van de ervaren bemanning. Eenmaal ter plaatse kon het werk snel en nauwkeurig van start.
Thanks to the flexibility of Server 2 and a tightly coordinated execution, the project was completed on schedule with minimal disruption to shipping traffic.
