At the port of Beverwijk, Abeko regularly receives shipments of construction timber for the building and carpentry industry. The cargo is unloaded from seagoing or inland vessels and either stored at our quay site or prepared directly for onward transport.
With our own transshipment crane and experienced operators, we can handle the timber safely and efficiently. Thanks to our location on the North Sea Canal and direct connections to the hinterland, smooth onward transport is guaranteed — both by road and by water.
