Commissioned by Mobius – 5 m³ closed grab with rubber flaps
In 2017/2018, Abeko carried out an environmental project in the port of Copenhagen, Denmark, commissioned by Mobius. The work consisted of carefully removing contaminated material from a depth of -18 meters.
For this job, a 5 m³ closed grab was used, fitted with rubber flaps on the top. This adjustment minimized spillage and the spread of dredged material during lifting — essential for environmentally sensitive work.
Thanks to our experience with specialist dredging and the use of suitable equipment, this project was carried out in accordance with all applicable requirements and in good cooperation with the parties involved.
