About your responsibilities.
You work as an operator on one of our pontoons, using an excavator for digging, demolition, and stone placement. Together with your colleagues, you perform minor maintenance and repairs on the pontoon and machinery. As a team, you ensure a safe and clean working and living environment. Depending on the assignment, you work day shifts or follow a 24-hour schedule. You actively participate in toolbox talks and safety drills. For international projects, you may spend several weeks abroad.

What you bring.
You work independently, are customer-oriented and knowledgeable, and always strive to deliver quality. With your motivation and positive attitude, you are also a pleasant colleague to work with. You have technical insight or experience in maintaining heavy machinery, and you are proficient in both Dutch and English.
Additional requirements include:
- STCW Basic Safety with 4 components: Elementary First Aid, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting, Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities, and Personal Survival Techniques.
- Powerboat Advanced Certificate
- VHF (Basic Marine Radio Certificate)
- Seafarer medical
- Valid passport
- Seafarer’s discharge book
