About your responsibilities.
As an Electrical and Mechanical Technician, you maintain and repair electrical equipment and electrotechnical installations. You manage materials, conduct inspections, and assess whether parts need repair or replacement.
You also advise the workshop team leader. You share your knowledge with colleagues and mentor trainees or apprentice technicians. Additionally, you ensure proper administrative handling of maintenance, repairs, and inspections so that invoices and work orders are processed promptly.
You actively participate in meetings on safety, health, and the environment. You usually work day shifts but are flexible when the job requires it. Repairs on-site—at client locations or on pontoons, sometimes abroad—may occasionally be part of your work. Together with your colleagues, you ensure a clean and well-organized workshop.

What you bring.
- Vocational education
- Additional qualifications (e.g., IV/WV NEN 3140) are a plus
- You work independently, are customer-oriented, knowledgeable, and take pride in quality
- You are motivated and friendly
- You have a VCA certificate or are willing to obtain one
- Possession of a valid driver’s license B
- You speak and understand Dutch
